Konrad saved me today. It's been 3 yrs since my A/C was installed with my remodel. I neglected to have it serviced and the air wasn't cooling like it should. I found a company on line that had good reviews and asked them to service my unit. The tech looked around, took some pictures and told me it was a really bad leak situation and I needed a new unit or he could do a patch repair for 2700.00. I figured something was up. I called Konrad and even though it's been years and my overall warranty is over he told me he would send someone out, and that I still had a warranty on the coils in the air conditioner. His guy came out and it turns out it just needed a good service. Thank goodness I chose a contractor that will still take my calls years after the job is over and cares about his past customers.

We had a great experience with Konrad Construction remodeling our master bathroom and guest bathroom. The work was professional, the pricing was reasonable, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. We also appreciated that there was someone working at our home every Monday through Friday, which kept the project moving smoothly.

Kenny was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, answered our questions promptly, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Overall, the entire team exceeded our expectations. We had such a great experience that we plan to use Konrad Construction again for our upcoming kitchen remodel. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers quality work at a fair price, we highly recommend Konrad Construction.

Note-We added a double vanity, niche, more electrical outlets and more lights to both bathroom. The master shower use to be a closet, now it's a true master shower.

I cannot recommend Kenny at Konrad Konstruction more highly! He is the real deal! His prices are fair and he's very clear with estimates and any additional issues and costs that came up. And the details and craftsmanship- our home is stunning thanks to him! Some things that really set him above the rest:
1. Amazing communication- we texted throughout the day as issues or questions arose. He was always available, even replied to my emails on the weekend.
2. Extremely thorough with detail- I am a perfectionist and I told him to please run things by me first before making decisions because I'm anal. He was ten steps ahead and would reach out to me when his men were doing tile work or placing sconces and we'd talk through the various decisions.
3. He treated me with respect- as a woman, the construction industry is very male dominated and in the past I've felt belittled by male contractors. Kenny treated me and my husband with the same attentiveness and listened to my concerns. I never felt dismissed or that I was being "too much".
4. Professionalism- he and his crew are so professional. They arrived on time and stayed all day and cleaned up after every day. They each are so talented at what they specialize in- whenever we showed up to the house during the project there was always a lot of action going on.
5. Local- having Kenny local was a game changer! He was there almost every day, especially in the beginning when the major decision were made.
6. Timeline- Kenny quoted us a certain timeline and he finished even sooner. And his timeline beat out several other contractors we interviewed. It was clear our home was his main focus and that attention was priceless.
I've recommended Kenny to all my friends who have come to see our beautiful new home. And he's consulting with my friend next week!

Kenny and his crew were amazing. From the initial consult and bid write up to the open communication through every detail, Kenny and his crew were efficient and completely committed to our home renovation. We especially appreciated his detailed communication and his attendance on the job site almost everyday. He and his team commit fully to your project creating a very streamlined workflow. No abrupt stoppages to work on "other projects". In fact h they were patient with our last minute change requests and made sure to anticipate questions we may have especially with finishing details like lighting placements and measurements down to the inch. I highly recommend Konrad Konstruction and please see their work in the attached photos.

I can't say enough on how wonderful my bathroom remodel came out. Kenny is excellent, he explained everything so I cpull understand and did an outstanding job. He made a project that I was dreading go smoothly, much better than I could've ever hoped for. Kenny's workers were also wonderful, they came every day on time did their jobs and cleaned up after the work each day. I would definitely use Kenny and his crew for any future projects and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! I first used Konrad Konstruction in 2013 -- after a recommendation from a friend -- to replace my old homes very old plumbing and sewage line. The team did excellent work for a great price. In 2015, I had the entire house rewired from its original old wiring. Again excellent work for an affordable price.

In 2020, Konrad Konstruction built a 400 square foot ADU in my backyard from the ground up. They built a state of the art tiny house.

In 2025, they remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and a tankless hot water heater.

Over the years, they also added an HVAC unit, redid the old hardwood floors, and installed all new windows.

I cannot recommend Konrad Konstruction enough. Excellent work, very communicative and responds to questions and changes, affordable and honest rates, and honors the integrity of my old Spanish style home.

Kenny and his crew went OVER & ABOVE!! Always professional, always on time, the project ended up more complicated than originally planned but they didn't flinch and didn't go off their original quote. SO impressed with the speed and result and skill of everything from demolition, to precision tiling, to plumbing, to cleanup!
My garage renovation turned out more beautiful than I ever expected! There is great respect amongst the whole team and how they communicate and work together. Kenny is a great leader and is always 3 steps ahead. I highly recommend Konrad Konstruction!!
